2010 Goals
Complete an event analysis for each annual event. Determine the future viability of each event. These events include: · Farmer’s Market · June Dairy Days · Midwest Cycling Series · Sidewalk Sale · Monster March · Fondue Fest · Home for the Holidays
Continually look for ideas for new events, and ways to keep existing events fresh.
Create an annual sponsorship drive to raise money for all events. Modify event budgets based on the outcome of the sponsorship campaign.
Administer a post-event analysis to determine the economic impact versus various factors. Determine if the event will go forward into the following year, if the event will be modified, or to abandon the concept.
Develop an efficient system to plan and carry out each event to minimize meeting time and duplicating efforts.
